The product is approved by the national explosion-proof product quality inspection department according to the GB3836.2000 "explosive gas environment electrical equipment 1 parts: General requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "explosive gas environment electrical equipment second parts: Flameproof" d "and GB3836.4-2000" explosive gas environment electrical equipment fourth parts: intrinsically safe ". The full type "I" standard is qualified. The explosion-proof sign is Exd II BT6 (flameproof) and Exia II CT6 (intrinsically safe). It is suitable for 0 (intrinsically safe) 1 and 2 dangerous areas containing explosive gas mixtures of type II A, II B and II C T1 ~ T6 temperature groups.
When the fluid flows into the flow timing, it is rectified and accelerated under the action of the integrated rectifier of the intake port. Because the turbine blade and the fluid flow at a certain angle, the turbine generates a rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and the fluid resistance moment, the turbine starts to rotate. Within a certain range of flow, the angular velocity of turbine rotation is directly proportional to the volume flow volume of the fluid. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a pulse signal which is directly proportional to the volume flow of the fluid is detected from the coaxial rotating signal wheel by using a magnetic sensor. After amplification, filtering and shaping, the signal enters the micro processing unit of the intelligent flow integrator with the temperature and pressure sensor signals, and the volume, flow and total volume of the gas are directly displayed on the LCD screen.
